Overview

There are teacher training courses available for each of the four units of Gyrotonic Specialized Equipment. Gyrotonic Specialized Equipment courses expand on the principles and exercises learned in the Gyrotonic Level 1 Teacher Training Program, allowing Trainers to apply those principles in completely new and unique ways. Each Gyrotonic Specialized Equipment Course fulfills the continuing education credit (update) requirement for Gyrotonic Level 1 Trainers. GYROTONER® Program 1 Course 螺旋訓練儀I

Prerequisite
Licensed GYROTONIC® Trainer

In this course, GYROTONIC® Trainers learn the GYROTONER® Format 1 sequences.
